Seeds of Tomorrow is an exploration of where we’ve come from — the land, the ingredients, the roots — and a taste of what food could become.
On Saturday, May 31st, Kashew Cheese and Mùa Restaurant come together in Hoi An for a one-day-only tasting event that brings Vietnamese ingredients into a new light. Set on the beautiful farm where Mùa grows its produce, this 10-course lunch and dinner experience combines farm-fresh vegetables with Kashew’s handmade, plant-based cheeses — crafted from locally grown cashews.
It’s a celebration of creativity, sustainability, and connection to the land. The founders of Kashew and the chef at Mùa will be there to share the stories behind each dish — how their journeys around the world inspired new ways to work with familiar ingredients.
